Ground floor: Entrance porch with washing machine. 2 steps down to open living/dining room with flat screen TV/DVD. Kitchen area with electric hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave. Oak flooring. French windows leading to patio.
Upstairs: Carpeted bedroom with kingsize bed, flat screen TV/DVD. Separate shower/wet room, whb, WC.
The apartment benefits from free Wi-Fi and plenty of off street parking.
