“After countless visits to Alnmouth, this has been the best yet. Fabulous accommodation - very welcoming after long walks along local beaches & visits to nearby villages and towns. We ate regularly in "The Sun" which proved to be great pup food, but we also ate in the Red Lion and that was good too. (we would recommend both). We both wish that we could stay longer. Many Thanks. “We have had a wonderful holiday and have really enjoyed our stay at Pope Lodge. Enjoyed a meal at the Red Lion and the Tree House. But as Pope Lodge is so comfortable and lovely we stayed in several nights and had a lovely time. Enjoyed lots of wonderful walks and the surrounding villages and towns. “Pope Lodge is obviously a delight. We have been very comfortable here and visiting freinds agreed about the "wow" factor. Out and about we enjoyed the coast walks to Craster and Amble and a lovely river walk to Alnwick. The best meal was at the deliciously ecclectic 'Beaches' B+B -cum- restaurant, excellent fish and sea food cooked with gusto (plus lots of butter and cream). Val & John, York”
